Ingredients

0.5 Vanilla pod
1.5 Vanilla pod
125 g Wheat flour
125 g Butter
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Corn flour cornstarch
25 g Icing sugar
3 Egg yolk
3 tbsp Sugar
5 dl Whole milk
50 g Pure raw marzipan
50 g Butter
50 g Sugar
500 g Strawberries, fresh
75 g Dark chocolate 44%

Instructions

To prepare the Strawberry pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mazarinmasse:

Ingredients are mixed to an equal mass and set aside

puff pastry:
Ingredients are mixed and kept cold. The dough is rolled out to match a tin-shaped shape of 25 cm. Put the dough into the mold and add the mazarin to the mass and baking it at 200 degrees C. Alm. Oven for 15 minutes.

The pie is cooled down and the melted chocolate is distributed on it. The bottom is put on the fridge in min. 10 min.

Custard:
Take some of the milk and put it in a flour jamner, then bring the maizena and shake. Egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and milk are put in a saucepan and warmed up, add the maizena mixture gradually after the consistency is appropriate. The cream is boiled for a few minutes. It is important to touch the cream all the time. The cream is left to cool for approx. 10 minutes.

Spread the cream over the tart bottom and decorate with fresh strawberries, then refrigerate and serve cold.

tips:
You can make a gel and put over the berries before serving.
