Freshly ground black pepper
1Air-dried udkernet green bell peppers
1tbspFish sauce
1Minced small onion
1tbspCompressed brown sugar
1tbspVegetable oil
2tbspLemon juice
2tbspChopped fresh mint
3tbspCut chives
500gMinced chicken breast fillet without skin
6-8Strimlede lettuce leaves

Instructions for Strong chicken salad

To prepare the Strong chicken salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a sauté pan. Add the onion and chicken and cook it through in approximately 6-7 minutes. Remove pan from heat and cool off in 5 minutes. Add the chives, mint and green pepper and mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Dressing: Shake all ingredients together thoroughly in a melryster. Pour dressing over ingredients in pan and stir so that everything is mixed well.

Serve the strimlede lettuce leaves on a serving plate and place the chicken salad on top.
