500gSkinny shoulder of pork

Instructions for Strong chiligryde

To prepare the Strong chiligryde recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into small tern and brown them in the fat together with onion. Add squash and season with herb salt and pepper. Crumble the broth and bring it together with water. Allow simmer for 40 minutes under cover. Spray with more water if necessary.

Add beans, chilisauce, garlic and evenly with corn starch, stirring in a little cold water. Let the dish boil for a few minutes and try if the meat is tender.

Server with bread and salad.
