Instructions for Strudsebøf m / peppers

To prepare the Strudsebøf m / peppers recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the peppers, tomatoes and onions in the tern of approx. 1x1 cm. Melt the butter on a pan and season the chopped vegetables until they are soft. Season with chalk, parsley and chopped chilli. Put the sauce in a bowl, cover it and let it pull approx. ½ hour.

Immediately before serving, steak the steaks. Melt a little butter on a warm forehead and brown steaks on both sides, turn to even heat and raise them approx. 3 min. on every side. Bring them into stanniol and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Spice the steak on a dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
