Ingredients for Stuffed beef tenderloin

Some soy sauce
Some water
The deadly frying sauce
1.5fatPressed garlic (fried)
2dlSour cream
2-3Cut up boiled potatoes
30gOnion (fried)
300gBeef Tenderloin

Instructions for Stuffed beef tenderloin

To prepare the Stuffed beef tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:


1. Heat the on on 175 degrees.

2. Wash your hands and find your ingredients

3. Set the water over in a saucepan the stove with the potatoes in.

4. Cut the onion and the garlic press.

5. Fry the onion and the garlic.

6. Cut open the Tenderloin (down the middle the long way ... only half way through) and clean it.

7. When the potatoes are ready poor out the water and cut the potatoes in two small rings/circle/pieces.

8. Put one layer of potato rings in the cut of the tenderloin and then a layer of the mixture of onion and garlic. (Continue with that until there is no more potato, onion and garlic.

9. When finished take the string and wrap it around the meat so that the filling wont fall out and also take the tooth picks and stick them trough the meat.

10. When finished put it in the above 20-30 minutes.

11. While the meat is in the top put some water into the deadly frying pan and put some sour cream into it and let it heat up for a bit. When it's heated up get some soy sauce and put it into the mixture.

12. Gift nicely on plates.

13. Clean up you area.
