Wholemeal bread and possibly. tomato salad
Pepper
Salt
1tspWine vinegar
10gButter or margarine
2tbspDijon mustard
2tbspMinced Basil or 2 teaspoons dried
2tspHerbes de provence
2tbspParmesan
250gFresh or dried tape spaghetti
3tbspSemi-skimmed milk
4tbspRye flour (or wheat flour)
4Ham schnitzler of the inner thighs (about 1 cm thick)
6tbspSour cream 18%

To prepare the Stuffed hamburgers with pasta recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix mustard, provence spices and vinegar in a small bowl. Grease the mixture on the hamburgers and fold them in the middle. Mix rye flour, salt and pepper and turn the meat into it.

Let the fat be golden on a pan of good heat. Brown schnitzlerne approx. 1 minute on each side. Turn down on mild to medium heat and finish them, approx. 3 minutes on each side until they are just completed.
