0.5tspSalt
1tspFresh chopped Basil
1cloveGarlic
1dlSemi-skimmed milk
1/3tspFreshly ground black pepper
1-2tbspButter or margarine
2Carrots
2tspMaizenamel
2tbspGrated Parmesan cheese
2Small squash
4Pieces of chicken breast à 90-100 g

Instructions for Summer fresh chicken

To prepare the Summer fresh chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pat chicken pieces dry. Heat the fat in a pan, preferably with a teflon coating. Brown the chicken pieces in the fat, and let them Cook till they are completely through fried. Take the meat up and keep it hot.
Squeeze the garlic in the pan. Peel the carrots. Slice the carrots and squash in strips. Roast the vegetables in the pan on a low heat until they are tender, about 5 mins.
Mix milk, corn flour, basil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour it over the vegetables in the Pan, and let it all get a rehash, so it thickens.
Put the chicken on top of vegetables. Season with pepper, and let it all be hot. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over and serve.
