To prepare the Summer Pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour the milk into a bowl. Add flour and whip it to a smooth dough. Add egg and salt and whip the dough for a second. Brown fat in a frying pan. Just pour 1 dl dough in and back until the pancake has got color on both sides. Pour the rest of the dough in the same way. Put the pancakes on a hot plate as they finish, like on a pot of boiling water. Pour the shelf blossoms over the pancakes and serve them immediately.
