Instructions for Summer season 02

To prepare the Summer season 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into cubes and brown it in golden butter. Take the meat up. Season the chopped onions until they are clear and light golden. Put the meat back into the pan and add salt, pepper and broth. Let the meat boil a total of approx. 1 hour until it is tender.

Make the vegetables ready. Divide the cauliflower into bouquets and slice the porridge into slices. Place the potatoes in the pan after ½ hours of cooking, and cauliflower, leek and mash after 3/4 hours of boiling.

When everything is tender, the peas are mixed in court. Let them warm through before serving.

The dish is served in the pan and decorated with freshly chopped herbs.
