½ organic Lemon
1 chicken of about 1 kg
Salt and pepper
½lWater or hønsebouillin
½/4lCream
1Cucumber
1tbspDijon mustard
1bundleSpring onions
1bundleFrench tarragon
2tbspCoarse mustard
2tbspVegetable oil
800gNew potatoes

To prepare the Summer shedding with estragon, mustard, spring onions ... recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the Estragon coarse and mix the same with the two kinds of mustard. Grease the chicken into the mixture and rinse it thoroughly on all sides of oil in a spawn at low heat.
