Instructions for Summer Soup

To prepare the Summer Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Share the cauliflower in bouquets. Peel the carrots and cut them into slices.
Cut the spring bulbs and bell peas.
Boil cauliflower and carrots 10 min. In the boulion. Stir the flour into the milk and add the mixture to the soup. Season with mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Bring the onions and peas and cook the soup for a couple of minutes. yet.
Pour the cream in and stir around.
Sprinkle with parsley or dill and serve the soup.
