Instructions for Summer Turkey

To prepare the Summer Turkey recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix in a plastic bag a marinade of 1 dl oil, 3 tablespoons. Finely chopped herbs (eg almond thyme, lemontimian, oregano, parsley, lemon balm, dill), 2 tbsp. Finely chopped red snack pepper, ½ teaspoon. Cilipulver and 1 teaspoon. lemon pepper. Put the turkey breast in the bag and knead the marinade well into the meat. Let it pull in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.

Pour the oil and put the turkey breast into a frying dish, sprinkle with coarse salt. Brunes at 250 degrees C for approx. ½ hour after which some water is poured. Stepping on to the stepperometer shows approx. 85 degrees C.

Served with hazelnut potatoes and "old-fashioned" green salad with cream and strawberry slices.
