Instructions for Sun over Hjerting

To prepare the Sun over Hjerting recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start making the marinade. Whip oil and 1 dl. Orange juice together in a bowl, first half of the juice, then the rest. Whip 1 tbsp. Lime juice and 1 1/2 tbsp. Liquid honey in. Peel ginger root and tear 1 1/2 teaspoon. Whip it in marinade with a little salt. Pour marinade into a glass of screed and shake it well. Put it cool approx. 1 hour while it tastes good. It can also stand a couple of hours. Shake the marinade together and taste with orange juice, lime and acacia honey. The marinade is strong in taste, but should not be too sweet.
