Fine checkered pepper fruit
½dlDry sherry or Apple juice
1tspOlive oil
1/4tspStrong chili flakes
2tbspBrown sugar
2tbspChinese soy sauce
2tspCorn flour
2tbspWater
300gNoodles
4Boneless pork chops á approx. 120 g

Instructions for Sweet pork chop

To prepare the Sweet pork chop recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start with the sauce: Mix sherry, daffodil, soya and chili peppers and style aside.

Heat the oil by even heat on a pan. Put the chops on and brown them approx. 2 min on each side.
Pour the sauce over the chops and turn to low heat. Let the chopsticks roast finished under the lid, approx. 10 min.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of water if the liquid boils too much.

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions while the chops are frying in the sauce. Let the noodles drip and put them on plates.

Lay the chops on top of the noodles using a pliers. Keep them warm.
