1tbspCorn starch

1Red bell pepper

150gSugar peas
2Carrots
2tspGrated ginger
250gFirm tofu
300gPineapple pieces from canned

Instructions for Sweet tofu

To prepare the Sweet tofu recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok and lightning tofu, cut into 2½ x 2½ cm of tern until golden. Put it aside. Cut pepper and carrots in tern and put them together with sugar peas, ginger and garlic on the forehead and lightning streak for 3 minutes. Measure 2½ dl pineapple juice. Stir pineapple juice, water, corn starch and rice vinegar together. Pour it over the vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes. Bowl the tofu and pineapple pieces on the forehead and warm the right through.
