Instructions for Sweet wheat bread

To prepare the Sweet wheat bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Milk and margarine lunes and pour into a bowl. The yeast is crumbled and stirred. Add salt, sugar, egg and wheat flour and knead the dough until it is smooth and easily let go of the bowl. The dough was kneaded through the table until it was soft and smooth. Sprinkle the bowl with a little flour. The dough is put in the bowl and a dish is laid over. For a wheat horn the three pieces are rolled for approx. 60 cm. Long sausages merged and shaped into a horn on the plate. Brush with coiled egg.

Repeats approx. 30 minutes in a cozy place. Brush again with egg and sprinkle with almonds or nuts

The oven is heated to 200 degrees. The bread is baked on the middle oven rib 25-30 minutes.

If the bread becomes too dark during baking, put a piece of aluminum oil over. The finished bread is cooled by a baker.
