To prepare the Swiss pastilles. Pebermyntepastiller recipe, please follow these instructions:

The whites are whipped lightly. Flormelis and peppermint are brought in and mixed into a lot of trellies for long rods for approx. 3 cm. thickness.
Cut for approx. 1 cm. Thick slices and put on baking paper. Pressed a little flat.
Top: Cacao, flour, cream and coffee are mixed as for glaze. Comes in a plastic bag where a hole is cut in one corner.
Now sprinkle a little stick on each pastil.
