250gLean ground pork, max. 10% fat

To prepare the Tacofyld with tomato relish, Mexican recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut a lid of the tomatoes. Pour them free of kernels and cut tomato meat into small cubes.

Arrow and heel loosened. Mix tomatoes, onions and corn kernels. Peel the orange peel and mix all the ingredients for the dressing together. Season with salt and pepper. Pour it over the vegetables and mix well.
