Ingredients for Tacopizza

A handful of loose corn
Italian wheat flour
Pepper
Salt
Tortilla chips (to taste)
0.5Red bell pepper
0.5letterTaco spice
1Small glass jar taco sauce (to taste)
1bagGrated cheddar cheese
1.25dlLukewarm water
10gYeast
2-3tbspOil
250gMinced beef

Instructions for Tacopizza

To prepare the Tacopizza recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour the water into a bowl and stir the yeast. Add a teaspoon. Salt and oil. Spread flour to a little bit and knead the dough until it is firm and does not stick to the fingers.
The dough must then rise for 40 minutes. A warm place covered by a dishcloth.

Heat the oven up to 200 degrees. Peel the peppers into strips or pieces. Sprinkle the meat with tacokrydderiet, 1/3 teaspoon of salt and a little pepper.

Roll the dough into a pizza and fold the edges in. Move the pizza to a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Distribute the taco sauce to the pizza and sprinkle half of the cheese. Distribute peppers and corn to the cheese. The meat is placed in small lumps on the pizza.

Pour the pizza in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then take out the pizza and serve a few handy tortilla chips. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese upstairs and bag the pizza for 5 minutes more.

Tip: The pizza tastes good as it is, but even better with a little guacamole. Should the pizza be frozen, avoid tortillas. Wait for them to eat the pizza. Instead of torillas, tacos can be used.
