¼Onion, finely chopped
1tspFresh minced ginger
1clovePressed garlic
1tbspSoy sauce
1tspSugar
150gButton mushrooms, sliced
200gBroccoli, picked in bouquets
200gFillet of beef or other tender meat, cut into 4 cm long strips
4tbspVegetable broth
500gTagliatelle (ribbon pasta)

To prepare the Tagliatelle with meat strips recipe, please follow these instructions:

Wok or other large frying pan is heated and fry garlic, ginger and onion together with a salty salt with stirring for 2-3 minutes. Add the meat strips and continue on for 2-3 minutes until the meat is light on all sides. Then add broccoli and step another 2 min. Mushrooms, soy sauce, broth and sugar are added and further 3-4 minutes rose. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente and turn it into the meat pot. Seasoned.
