Tandoori seasoning (available in specialty stores)
1tbspLemon juice
1tbspVinegar
1tspGinger
125gGreek yogurt
170gChicken fillet, cut into small pieces
2cloveGarlic, crushed

Instructions for Tandoori chicken

To prepare the Tandoori chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir all the ingredients together with marinade and put the chicken fillet in the marinade. Mariner in the refrigerator from 12 to 24 hours, the longer the more tender meat.

Pour chicken and marinade into a refractory dish, stir for approx. ½ hour at 200 degrees. Dip the chicken fillet with lemon juice when it is fried. Yougurten separates a little when it comes to the oven, it means nothing.

Served if required. With boiled beans and broccoli.
