1dlLukewarm water
1dlMilk
1tspSalt
10gAlmond flakes
15gMelted margarine
2Eggs
2Grof trevne apples
350gWheat flour
40gCoarsely chopped almonds
50gYeast
80gMargarine

Instructions for Tekage (Diabetes)

To prepare the Tekage (Diabetes) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour, cardamom and salt and crumble the fat in it. Stir lukewarm water and yeast together and add. Add milk, sweetener and egg. Beat the dough well, it must be quite soft. Set to raise for 30 minutes. Place half of the dough in a greased spring form. Brush with melted margarine and enjoy the coarse apples and chopped almonds on the dough. Place the proportion of half of the dough over the filling. Repeated for 15 minutes. Brush with chopped eggs and decorate with almonds. Bake approx. 35 min. At 210 degrees.
