Instructions for Thai Fried Shrimp

To prepare the Thai Fried Shrimp recipe, please follow these instructions:

The egg is poured into a bowl. Salt, pepper and sugar are whipped with a fork. Then baking soda is added and the mixture is peeled with the fork. Milk is stirred in. Add flour until the dough is thick and creamy. Let it stand and rest while prawns are pilled.
The shrimp pile down to the tail.
Dip the prawns with a whisk or the like.
The oil is heated in a saucepan, saucepan or wok to the simmer in turmoil.
Take a shrimp in the tail and turn, turn and deep in the dough, but only up to the tail where you hold. Turn the dipped shrimp into pangomel until it is roughly covered. Gently put the rice into the hot oil and continue until there is no room for more shrimps. The shrimps are reversed when they are golden brown. Let them drip off a couple of kitchen rolls.

tips:
Server with white yasmin rice and possibly a little green.
