Ingredients for Thai Noodles

1tbspBrown sugar
1Onions in slices
100gChopped raw prawns, shucked
125gFirm tofu into cubes
150gBean sprouts
2tbspLemon juice
2tbspFish sauce
2cloveMinced garlic
2Easy together beaten eggs
2tbspVegetable oil
200gChopped, lean pork
200gChinese ægnudler
2-3tbspChopped, fresh cilantro
25gChopped pickles (optional)
50gChopped peanuts

Instructions for Thai Noodles

To prepare the Thai Noodles recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the egg noodles in a large pot of boiling water for approx. 5 minutes. Drip well. Heat the oil in a wok or large saute pan, add garlic, onion and pork and raise the crust of golden brown. Stir prawns, pickles (if included), tofu, bean sprouts, fish sauce, lemon juice and brown dumplings and continue for 1 minute. Bring the boiled noodles and push the food over to one side of the pan. Bring the stuffed eggs together, and when they start to stiffen a clue, turn them carefully with the noodles. Add the peanuts and boil for 1 minute until the noodles have warmed completely. Serve the dish with a bite of coriander.
