800gCoconut milk (2 cans)

To prepare the Thai soup with root vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

The roots are peeled and cut into small cubes approx. 5x5mm, chili peeled and the core house removed, chilli then chopped. The peas are peeled and cut well. Sauter root vegetables, "onion and chilli" light in a saucepan and add coconut milk and chicken broth.
Bring the soup into the boil and then turn it on half a fire. Let the soup simmer for 30 minutes. If desired, taste with salt and pepper.
The chicken breast is cut into slices and cooked on a hot pan with spinach.
Serve the soup with filling of chicken and spinach

If the soup separates, you can say the vegetables, blend them and bring them back to the soup.
