20-24pcsDough for spring rolls, measure 18x18 cm (purchased mixed second thai-supermarkets)

To prepare the Thai spring rolls with spice vegetable filling recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the carrots and cut them into small strips. Stir carrots and cabbage on a forehead with a little oil until they become slightly tender without burning. Add the bean sprouts and spring onions and shake for a few minutes. Season with soy, chili, salt and a little sugar. Cool the filling and turn it with coriander.

Take a piece of spring roll dough and add 1 teaspoon of green fill in the middle. Fold the pages in and roll to a spring roll. Brush the lid with a little cold water and put the rolls on a plate with the closure down.

Heat the oil and step the spring rolls until they are crisp and golden. Let them drain on the kitchen roll before serving. Eat the rolls with a sweet / strong chilli sauce.
