Rice noodles
0.25dlOrange or pineapple juice
0.25dlFish sauce
0.5dlLime juice
0.5dlOil
1bundleBasil or Mint
1bundleFresh coriander
1trayGreen Salad
1tspGreen thai Curry (santa maria)
1tbspDark brown sugar
2Lime
2Mango fruits
2Red chillies
3Passion fruit
500gFresh Turkey Breast

Instructions for Thai Turkey skewers with mango and lime

To prepare the Thai Turkey skewers with mango and lime recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the Turkey Breast into cubes. Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh off the stone fruits. Slice the mango flesh into cubes and lime fruit in both. Benefit Turkey, mango and lime on 8 skewers.

Stir in curry powder, lime juice, sugar, fish sauce and oil together. Pour the marinade over the spikes and let them soak for at least 30 minutes. Turn over regularly.

Grill or fry the spikes about 2 minutes on each side by good heat – a total of about 8 minutes.

Stir the meat along with a Passionfruit chili in very thin strips, fish sauce and juice. Mix lettuce, cilantro and Mint. Pour dressing over salad and serve immediately to the spikes – together with rice noodles.
