Ingredients for The good tomato soup

Salt
0.6dlFresh basil (or 1 ½ dried)
0.6dlTomato puree
1lChicken or grøntsagsbouillion
1cloveCrushed garlic
1Small red bell pepper, diced
1Medium-sized chopped onion
1tspSugar
2tbspOlive oil
2.5dlSmall pasta horns
750gRipe tomatoes

Instructions for The good tomato soup

To prepare the The good tomato soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Flake the tomatoes and chop them roughly.
Heat the oil and add onion, garlic, pepper, rose for ten minutes.

Add the tomatoes and simmer for a further ten minutes.
Add boullion, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and sugar, cook for 15 minutes under the lid.

Take the pot of heat, add basil, cool a little.
Blend evenly with rod blender.
Taste again with salt, pepper and sugar.
Cook pasta in another saucepan, add pasta to the soup.

If the soup is to be extra saturated, add 1-1½ dl of mashed potato powder to boil before blending.

Serve with bread to rub with olive oil and garlic and roasted card in the oven.
