1Egg yolk
1tbspPotato flour
1glassRed currant jelly (from the old factory is the best)
1Rod vanilla
100gButter
150gWheat flour
2Egg yolks
2tbspSugar
2.5dl13% cream (whipping cream good for nothing)
500gStrawberry

Instructions for The real earthbreaker

To prepare the The real earthbreaker recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour, butter and sugar together. Add the egg yolk. Grease a tart / spring shape and coat it with the dough. Put it cold for approx. 1 hour. Knock the bottom with a fork and bag it at 225 degrees in the middle of the oven for approx. 15 min. The dough must only be approx. 4 cm high at the edge.

Whip egg yolks and sugar together with the vanilla. Add potato flour. Pour the cream for a little while. Heat in a thickened pot under constant stirring until the cream is lind and creamy.
When the cream has cooled it is poured onto the cold bottom. Decorate with approx. ½ kg of fresh sweet strawberries cut in half. Heat ribs in a pan and pour it on the cake just before it stiffens. (Almost cold)


tips:
The cake is NOT suitable for refrigeration, so it should preferably be eaten on the same day. But it's not a problem either;)
