375gWheat flour

To prepare the The World's Best Banana recipe, please follow these instructions:

The oven is turned on 175 degrees hot air.
Margarine and sugar are stirred together and the eggs are added one at a time. The mustard bananas are mixed with oatmeal and buttermilk.
The remaining ingredients are screened and added. The dough is stirred together, poured into a pan and baked approx. 35 minutes.

If you like nuts / almonds, half of oatmeal can be replaced by nuts.

When the cake is cold it can be coated with liquid chocolate and sprinkled with coconut flour, but it tastes good without topping.

This cake is very juicy and stays healthy for 4-5 days.
