To prepare the Tiger sprouts on barbecue spears recipe, please follow these instructions:

Grilled prawns: The shrimps are peeled before putting on the spears. Then clean the vegetables and cut them in a little rough pieces. Distribute the vegetables evenly between the prawns. Let spears start on indirect heat for approx. 15 min. Then let them have a direct frying for approx. 10 min.

Garlic bread:
Slice the bread and butter with some oil and rub the garlic over the bread. Sprinkle a little oregano over the bread and let them be delicious crispy on the indirect heat.
