Instructions for Tigerkage I

To prepare the Tigerkage I recipe, please follow these instructions:

Butter and sugar are stirred well; Stir the eggs together for a while. Flour and baking soda are sifted and stirred alternately with milk.

In one third of the dough mix the cracked chocolate. Light and dark dough are laid in a greased baking pan (about 3 l). A knife is carried in a zigzag bag through the dough to give it a "tiger pattern".

Cooking time: About 1 1/4 hour at 170 degrees C.
