18-24Ladyfingers
2Egg yolks (pasteurisrede)
2-3dlCold strong coffee
500gMascarpone
80gCane sugar

To prepare the Tiramisu - Great Pieces (Cut) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Eggs and sugar are whipped to light and the mascarpone is stirred in.
The cream is whipped to solid foam and gently turned in.

Household film is laid in a long cake form. 6-8 ladyfingers are dipped in the coffee blend for a short while and put to the bottom of the mold. Upside down 1/3 of the cream, and this is done alternately with ladyfingers and cream, so there will be 3 layers of each.
