Instructions for Tiramisu roulade

To prepare the Tiramisu roulade recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg and sugar white, add flour mixed with baking soda and vanilla and spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Behind the bottom for approx. 8 min at 200 °. Cool. Mix coffee and room and lightly roll the roulade bottom with a brush.

Mix the mascarpone with flour and the rest of the coffee mix and spread it on the roulade bottom. Pull out if necessary. The paper with the roulade bottom onto a tray and put it in the refrigerator until the cream is stiffened. Roll the roulade tightly together using the paper. Tighten it in a dish and cool it until it is firm. Remove the towel and paper and put the roulade with the joint down on an elongated cake dish. Point cocoa over the roulade.
