16Lady fingers
250gMascarpone
3Past egg white
3tbspSugar
4Past egg yolks

Instructions for Tiramisu with apricots

To prepare the Tiramisu with apricots recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put ½ portion of Lady Fingers in a bowl and benefit ½ of the apricots on top and drip with a little make.

Whip the plums with sugar so it is airy. Whip mascarpone, orange juice and grated orange peel and Amaretto in the pulp.
