Ingredients for Tiramisu WITHOUT COFFEE

Alm. Baileys
Lady fingers
Unsweetened cocoa powder
Hot cocoa
100gDark chocolate
150gIcing sugar
2bottlesMascapone
2tspVanilla sugar
2.5dlWhipped cream
3Egg whites (pasteurized)
6Egg yolks (pasteurized)

Instructions for Tiramisu WITHOUT COFFEE

To prepare the Tiramisu WITHOUT COFFEE recipe, please follow these instructions:

The egg yolks are whipped with creamy peel to the eggshell and the mascarpone is whipped in.
Whip the whipped cream to whipped cream.
The egg whites are whipped stiff.
Whipped cream and egg whites are reversed in the mascarpon cream.
Vanilla is turned into the mascapon cream, together with 100 g of chopped chocolate! (Chocolate is optional, it just adds a little extra :)!)
The biscuits are dipped quickly down and up, in the cocoa and placed at the bottom of a little tall dish.
The bailey is driped or poured gently over the biscuits.
So make a layer of mascara cream, then biscuits and Bailey and again mascapon cream to end with!
The Tiramisua is boiled for a couple of hours before serving so it can get stuck.
Decorate with cocoa powder, using a sieve, just before serving.

tips:
This is a Tiramisu, for us who do not like coffee! I use Bailey instead of Masalavin, because I do not use it enough! Chocolate is optional, I just think it gives a little extra!
