Cacaopulver to sprinkle before serving

150gIcing sugar
2dlChilled coffee
2tspBaking soda
250gMascarpone
3dlWheat flour
3dlWhipped cream
4bundleHusblads
4tbspMasala (liqueur)
5dlSour cream 18%
50gMargarine

Instructions for Tiramisu WITHOUT EGG

To prepare the Tiramisu WITHOUT EGG recipe, please follow these instructions:

Ladyfingers: Margarine and sugar are stirred white. Flour mixed with baking soda and vanilla is mixed with the milk.
Bake in small frying panes 25-30 min. At 175 degrees.
The cake is divided into 24 ladyfingers.

Tiramisu Cream: Mascarpone, Marmalade, Cream fraiche and Vanilla whipped to a lind cream.
Soak the house leaf in cold water. Warm the milk (maybe ½ min in the microwave). Turn the house leaf and soak it in the warm milk. Pour into the cream in a thin beam while whipping. Leave the cream (possibly in the refrigerator) until it can carry itself (about 5 minutes in the refrigerator). Turn the whipped cream in and the cream is done.

Mix coffee and Masala. Deep 12 ladyfingers and put them in the bottom of a dish (Lasagnefad size).
Distribute the ½ part of the cream over, deep and advantage the last 12 cakes, and then put the rest of the cream on.
The Tiramisu is set in a refrigerator - VERY happy for the following day.

Before serving, apply a slightly thickly laid cocoa powder over the tiramisu.

tips:
Tip: The charger cake may be baked and placed in the freezer for a long time before use. When serving: Do not be careful with the cocoa sauce - think it will be bitter - but it's the crown of the work.
