Olive oil
Pepper
Salt
1Lemon
1tspGinger powder
1Large handful of roughly chopped parsley
2Chillies into thin slices
2cloveGarlic into thin slices
200gShrimp
4slicesToasted bread of your choice

To prepare the Toast with shrimp, chilies, parsley, ginger, garlic recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sauté olive oil, ginger, garlic and shrimp for 3 minutes in a very hot pan. Turn down the heat and squeeze the juice of the lemon over. Add the parsley and a little more olive oil. Turn the ingredients around and remove pan from heat. Serve on bread and sprinkle salt and pepper over. There comes a nice sauce out of it as the bread can soak up.

Tips:
There should be used fresh thai chilies to it, but if it is for the less strong I recommend to use some milder chillies. Perhaps used more lemon.
