Ingredients

Blueberries or other berries for garnish
1 Vanilla pod
2 tbsp Cognac
200 g Toblerone (chocolate)
4 Egg yolks
5 dl Cream
50 g Dark chocolate
75 g Sugar

Instructions

To prepare the Tobleroneis recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg yolks and sugar bright. Stir in vanilla grains. Melt Toblerone in the microwave or above the water bath. Stir chocolate into the egg yolks. Add cognac. Whip the cream stiff. Turn it into the chocolate pan and pour it all in one form. Freeze ice for at least 6 hours.

Turn the ice cream on the dish. Melt dark chocolate over water bath or in the microwave. Distribute it over the ice in thin strings with a spoon. Decorating with blueberries.
