Ingredients for Tofu rolls with Eggplant

optionalA little fresh herbs
Pepper
Grated lime or lemon should be of 1
Juice of 1 lime or half a lemon
Salt
0.5tspFreshly grated ginger
1tbspWhite balsamic vinegar
1packageTofu
1.5tbspAcaciehonning
2-3Aubergines (squash can be used)

Instructions for Tofu rolls with Eggplant

To prepare the Tofu rolls with Eggplant recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the marinade together.
Cut the tofu into sticks in suitable size.
Mariner tofu strips at least an hour, preferably up to 24 hours in refrigerator.

Cut the Aubergine for a maximum period of 1 cm-thick slices lengthwise.
Fry them briefly on the grill pan or put them on the baking stone and set them in the oven at 225 degrees in 10-15 minutes, for they are starting to take a little color. Keel them slightly.
Put a tofu wand on Aubergine, put possibly fresh herb aftertaste down along with tofu, and roll them together into small rolls.

Behind the rollers at 175 degrees about 15 minutes.

Tips:
Server with yogurtdip, seasoned with garlic, a little sugar, salt and spices after own taste.
