Ingredients for Tolle-pot

EVS. a handful of peas
2.5dlBearnaise sauce
500gMinced beef
750gFrozen potatoes (of any kind)

Instructions for Tolle-pot

To prepare the Tolle-pot recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start preheating an oven and start making your french fries as this is clearly the most time consuming in the recipe. Other types of potato cakes can also be used, for example. Voice, twisters or anything else. I chose to use Wave French fries.

While the potatoes enjoy the heat in the oven, start sweeping your chopped beef at high heat. A good crust of meat is crucial to the court. Remember to add salt and pepper to the meat!

While your meat is roasted, you can start with the bearnaise sauce. It's completely voluntary whether you want to use powder, finish or make it from the bottom. In this recipe I have used powder. Whole milk is clearly preferable in that case.

Once all the respective ingredients are ready-made, mix the whole mole tin in a suitable saucepan and serve immediately when it's all heated.

As an extra charge to the court, peas may also be added. It gives a little sweetness in an otherwise pretty dish. It is a little controversial, but innovation is what separates us from the animals.

Bon appetite!

Tip: The court is a clear fusion between the classic French and Danish cuisine. If you want an Asian spice, the dish can be enjoyed directly from the pan (or transferred to a dad dish). Chopsticks should be enjoyed with a pair of bag-in-box white wines.
