Instructions for Tom Kha Kai

To prepare the Tom Kha Kai recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the ginger into slices. Cut the lemon grass stalks in 2-3 cm long pieces. Grate the oyster hats into smaller pieces. Share the chicken into 8 pieces.
