Tomato Rose

To prepare the Tomato Rose recipe, please follow these instructions:

A nice, solid, half-sized tomato must be used. Carefully peel the skin of the tomato by cutting a very sharp knife from top to bottom. The tomato skin should be cut as thin as possible and be single piece. The strip should be about 1 cm wide. Carefully roll the strip together about itself in a rose shape. In the penultimate bow, place a small cut so that the strip ends can be stuck here so that the rose does not roll up again.
