1.5tbspLemon juice
2bundleRocket salad (about 100 g)
25Slipped coarsely chopped almonds
50g40 + feta cheese, diced
500gTomatoes in both

To prepare the Tomato rucculasalat recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip up a marinade of lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Grate the tonsils on a hot, dry pan until golden, about 5 min. Shake the frying pan along the way.

Gently flip the tomatoes, rucola leaves, feta cheese and almonds together.

Turn the marinade in just before the salad should be served and serve with bread.

Tips:
