Ingredients for Tomato Soup

Freshly ground pepper
1canDiced tomatoes (400 g)
1lChicken stock (or water)
1pinchRahja chili powder
1canTomato puree (140 g)
10gGarlic
10mlMild Curry (1 tablespoon)
10gBeef bouillon cube (1 PCs.)
10mlPaprika (1 tablespoon)
15mlOlive oil
15mlSugar (3 teaspoons)
2.5mlMaldon salt (1/2 teaspoon)
2.5mlBlack ground pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
2.5mlThyme (1/2 teaspoon)
20mlTomato ketchup (2 teaspoons)
25gButter
250mlCream fine cream
30gRed onion
5mlOregano (1 teaspoon)
5-6Stalks tomatoes (approx. 700 g)

Instructions for Tomato Soup

To prepare the Tomato Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Bring a saucepan with water in a boil. Cut the flower out of the tomatoes and cross a cross at the opposite end. Place the tomatoes in the boiling water for 2 seconds and then in cold water. Then the tomatoes are just glaring. Then cut the tomatoes into square pieces.
