Ingredients for Tonny's Linse Soup

Chili: one or two chopped chilli fruits depending on strength
optionalA couple of chopped peppers
Fresh ginger minced small (quantity: it must fill a bit less than the minced garlic)
Pumpkin seeds or bacon (for topping)
1tbspWhole coriander seeds
1tbspGround turmeric
1Large chopped onions
1.5tbspGround cumin (it sounds like much but is good)
1.5lWater
2Bouillon cubes (chicken flavor)
2canCoconut milk (light)
300gDried red lentils (from TCS rema el kvickly)
4cloveChopped garlic (at least)

Instructions for Tonny's Linse Soup

To prepare the Tonny's Linse Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Step onions, garlic, chili, ginger (and possibly peppers) and coriander seeds in a little olive oil at medium heat. Do not brown, just softened.

Add lentils (which you have first rinsed for a second), broths, water, cumin and simmer for 20-25 minutes

Add coconut milk and turmeric and cook for 5-10 minutes.

Blend the soup with a spelled blender and bring to a boil again. Season with salt (and cumin) and server with dry-dried pumpkins or bacon nuts.
