Instructions for Torskefad

To prepare the Torskefad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop a large onion and brown it lightly in a saucepan. Add some frozen peas and possibly. Carrots and warm well through.

Grease an ovenproof dish with a little oil. Put cod fillets in the dish and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Pour the vegetables over the cod and pour a cardboard mornay sauce on top of it all. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 30 minutes.

Server with rice, potatoes or bread
