Salt
0.5Red bell pepper
1Small onions
15-20Green olives
2dlMilk
3cloveGarlic
4Eggs
4-5Cold boiled potatoes

Instructions for Tortilla m. bell peppers and olives

To prepare the Tortilla m. bell peppers and olives recipe, please follow these instructions:

Potatoes cut into cubes. Onion and garlic chopped fine. Bell Pepper cut into cubes. Olive cut into slices.

Eggs and milk, and salt/pepper whisked together in a bowl.

Katofler and onion/garlic FRY about 10 mins in oil margarine in a frying pan. Bell Peppers add and sauté with approx. 2 min.

Potatoes/onion/garlic/pepper and olive mix into the bowl with the egg mixture.

Pour the mixture back into the Pan (add beforehand a little extra fat) and warm up at low heat. Put lid on and cook tortillaen ca. 10-15 min. then Turn if necessary. tortillaen out on a plate, after which it can be pushed back in the Pan and being fried on the other side also.

Serve with wholemeal rye bread and fresh tomatoes.

Tips:
Garnish, if desired. tortillaen with slices of crispy fried bacon and fintklippet chives; then you have a little untraditional egg cake. Tortillaen can also cut into small squares and served as tapas. ½ portion fits small skillet (at least the cooker's hob)
