To prepare the Tortillas with chicken fillet recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour, corn flour (not maizena) and lettuce in a bowl. Stir first cold water and then beer in, until the pancake dough is smooth and lump-free.

Bag 6-8 pancakes in oil on a pan that is approx. 15 cm in bottom diameter. Peel and chop loose, wrap it in oil.

Pill the chicken meat from the legs, cut it into cubes. Mix the chicken dishes and tomato paste with the loaf.

Heat it all well, taste with chilipeber and salt. Distribute the filling on the pancakes and roll them together.

Warm the rolls just before serving, either in a little oil on the forehead or under the grill.
