Instructions for Trekornsbrød

To prepare the Trekornsbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:

The fat is melted and cold water is added so the temperature is about 37 degrees C. The yeast is rinsed in the warm liquid and the yams, sesame seeds, flax seed, kernels and salt are added. Stir the flour for a little while and knead the dough well. Let it raise the cover to double size approx. 1 hour.

Turn on the oven at 225 degrees C. Pour the dough through and form it to 2 loaves. Put them in greased breadcrumbs and allow them to rise for another 15 minutes.

Brush with coiled egg and baking the bread at the bottom of the oven for 50-60 minutes.
